The condition of sanitation in India is improving day by day specially in urban areas but still much to be done related to sewer treatment and disposal technology. On site disposal and treatment of human excreta has always been a challenge for engineers and scientists and they are continuously making efforts to improve it. Conventional septic tanks like brick made, RCC pipe Septic tanks, plastic Septic Tank, FRP septic tank and Polyethylene Tanks are being installed in India and abroad to solve the challenges but due to its limitations they produce poor quality effluent which is very difficult to handle or treat further. The effluent produced by such septic systems generally has untreated solid particles and these particles clog the soak well or pit and need re-cleaning at interval always. The old fashioned system need plenty of space and time to construct and cannot be constructed near foundation of building. Conventional septic tank has 01 to 05 chambers and it cannot be shifted from one place to other. Old designs take 10 to 15 days, big space and time to construct and need cleaning at interval.
Inventors paid attention to above said challenges and found few solutions. Like DRDO invented a Biodigester or Bio Toilet / Bio Septic tank in India that is based on anaerobic bacteria and getting popularity day by day in India. Long back in 1970 a visionary person too thought about this situation and developed a septic tank called Shankar and Balram Septic tank (trademark belongs to respective owners). The Shankar or Balram septic Tank was developed long back in 1970 and since then no technological advancement has been adopted. The above said septic system was considered for testing by CBRI Roorkee in 1995. They found the system satisfactory but found some setbacks too in the design and made few suggestions to enhance the efficiency of the disposal method. Unfortunately no initiative has been taken from inventor side to incorporate these changes so EverClean EmptiNil BioFurnaX - 51, a Readymade Septic Tank based on i-DispoSys Technology came in the light and took the initiative to develop new design for the benefit of general public. As everyone knows that we live in technological age and technology is changing very fast so the septic tank design created on or before 1970 will not help in the present context hence we have improved the design as per today’s demand and innovated a scientific disposal method that is based on intellegent sewer disposal Technology, have additional valuable features like H shape inter connector, double wall T shape outlet thar works as "FinFilter” that helps to stop untreated solid particles.
We just not install Septic Tanks but utilize i-DispoSys methodology that increases the traveling path and time of treated sewer to make it clearer [free from solid partials]. EverClean EmptiNil BioFurnaX - 51 is the name of a readymade Septic Tank and it is just not a mere arrangements or re-arrangements of Simple chambers. We install EverClean Oxyless EmptiNil BioFurnaX - 51 that is Precasted and a compact unit. Generally in layman language it’s called Anaerobic Baffle Reactor. It’s not simple septic Tank but improved Septic Tank with filtration arrangment. This EverClean Oxyless EmptiNil BioFurnaX - 51 is a combination of septic tank, filtration arrangement and disposal field; without this; system works as conventional tank and produce untreated sewer that will cause trouble to soak well. These reactors are better than septic tanks in terms of sewer treatment processing activity as they provide more space and time for better sewer treatment.
If filtration arrangement has not been incorporated; effluent produced from septic tank may create foul odor that may cause nuisance to residents and disturb nearby colonies. In India many mesons / mistri / contractors are constructing round shape or rectangular septic tanks and they don’t have design of these types of digesters. After installation 24 hours dry test shall be carried out if water table is high (without filling water inside chambers) to make sure that water from outside is not seeping inside because if water seeps inside, it may flow outside too in summer season and that may cause system failure. After dry test hydro test shall be carried out for 24 hours. We make sure that readymade chambers are 100% leak proof at bottom / centre point to hold water for life time
